Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of All Recorder (“the App”), provided by Lilin Systems (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal or business content creation. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App.
Recording is free; exporting may require purchase
Recording with All Recorder is free. Exporting clips (without a watermark, in higher quality, or multiple angles at once) may require a one-time purchase or a subscription (“Pro”).
- Purchases and subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your content & responsible use
You own the recordings you create. You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights and consents needed to record and share it. Recording laws differ by location — you are responsible for complying with the consent, privacy, and publicity laws that apply to you, including when recording other people.
You agree not to use the App for anything unlawful or to violate the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its trademarks are owned by Lilin Systems. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lilin Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of recordings or data, arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate the App or these Terms if you breach them. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lilin Systems operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
